His journey includes backpacking across all of Asia and Europe, and exploring 8 African nations: Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Chad, Namibia, and Algeria. He has also journeyed through North America, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and all of Micronesia. South America is still on the list—but not for long.

 

In Japan, he has visited nearly every prefecture—most of them more than once—and settled in Hokkaido, where his heart truly feels at home.
